• Piazza San Clemente, in front of the Basilica entrance.
• Our staff will be wearing blue “Tour in the City” T-shirts and will wait on the opposite side of the street, in front of the park entrance.
• Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure. The group may leave up to 15 minutes earlier.

2.Meetinagencyt Self Audio Guided Tour in our Travel agency at Via Labicana, 96 ID and Tickets

• Valid photo ID is required (passport, driver’s license, or national ID).
• The name on the ticket must match the ID.
• Discounts for participants under 18 apply only with a valid government-issued ID (student cards are not accepted).
• Tickets are personal, dated, timed, and non-refundable.

3. Punctuality and Duration

• No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
• Tour duration is approximately 2 to 3 hours.
• Entry may be delayed due to security checks or crowd control.

4. Wi Fi Radio Headsets

• Headsets are provided at the start and must be returned at the end of the tour.
• Lost or damaged devices may incur a replacement fee.
