The Colosseum is at Piazza del Colosseo, and it can be easily reached by foot or by public transport from any place in central Rome. You can get there using the subway (line B), by tram (line 3) or by bus (number 75). Remember to purchase your transport ticket in advance and to validate it upon boarding. The best places to get tickets are Tobacco shops (also known as “Tabacchi”).
